Submitting your documents for translation

Documents can be sent to us securely through our website.

You can also send us photocopies in the post if you prefer.

Please do not send us copies by email or original documents in the post.

Placing your order

 

When you order a translation, we will ask you:

• If you require all or part of the document to be translated

• The language(s) you would like your document translated from and into

• How many documents there are

• The date you would like us to return the translation to you

• If you need a certificate or verification of translation

We will also ask you for your name, address and contact details, which we will use to contact you about your order and process your payment.

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any particular requirements, we will contact you to discuss these further before confirming your order.

Receiving your translation

 

You will receive your translation electronically in pdf format by secure email, or printed versions can be sent to you by first class post.

If you would like your documents sent by courier or recorded or tracked delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Paying for your translation

 

Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash at our office.

We will contact you when your translation is ready and the translation will be delivered once we have received your payment. If you pay by bank transfer, this may take up to 48 hours.
